Who we are
This policy covers Local Contracting LLC, doing business as Marksman Carpentry, Jacksonville, Florida.
What we collect
Name, phone, email, project address, project details, photos, and messages exchanged. When someone opts in to texts we record that they agreed, when, and the exact wording.
How we use it
To respond, prepare estimates, schedule and do the work, send invoices, and follow up. We do not sell personal information.
Text messages
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text-message opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Messages are about your project (estimate links, appointment reminders, schedule updates, payment reminders, follow-ups). Message frequency varies, typically 1–20 messages per project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Service providers
We use a CRM platform and Twilio to send messages; they process data only to provide that service and may not use it for their own marketing.
